, I checked and do not see your emails bouncing, unless you fixed it yourself. I didn’t even know my emails were bouncing until today when I realized the list was awful quiet. So I went to

I know this has been brought up before but I haven't seen how it can be

resolved. My emails from this group are bouncing on a regular basis and

I'm having to reactivate my account once a week or more.I've heard it's

a problem but does anyone know how to resolve it? It's becoming

really frustrating to realize I'm not getting emails and then having to

go through the whole process of reactivating over and over.

Thanks for any information that would direct me.

Hi Anita,

I've only had that trouble when my ISP crashed and I had " hard bounces " of

my e-mail. Generally, " soft bounces " don't seem to make groups put

you on their bouncing list.

Have you had your ISP go down for any length of time, or have you had a

full mailbox, that you know of?

I am not sure if this is the problem, but your ISP probably has a spam blocker

on. You may want to add to your address book. No

guarantees, but its worth a try.

Zack, thanks for your response. They are calling them " soft bounces "

and no I haven't had our ISP go down and I keep my mailbox quite

cleaned out - on one page or less.

Ron, thank you. I've added it to my address book - we'll see what

happens.
