Guest guest
Hi Bee & group...I have 2 questions: 1)When ordinary " healthy " people go out to dinner for tacos, chips & salsa, sometimes they might experience diarrhea or other distress & blame it on the salsa. Is it really the antifungal properties in salsa ingredients that got to them (raw garlic, cilantro) & whacked some candida ? 2) If fully on your diet & supplements, suppose a person cheats daily with a food containing sugar. Will this person get caught up in a cycle of feeding & killing candida, leading to continual die-off symptoms & delayed healing ? Thanks for all you do. Good for you for being able to " think " about it and realize what the problem could be. Also people " blame " food for E. Coli, salmonella, food poisoning, etc. when the real problem is their own body. E. Coli and salmonella are natural organisms found in the digestive tract, and these organisms, just like candida, are prepared to evolve " change " into other potent forms IF the body becomes too toxic so they can clean up the body! > 2) If fully on your diet & supplements, suppose a person cheats daily with a food containing sugar.
