Guest guest
You know what I think is hilarious...the guy at the health food store who told me that VCO diet plan is a bunch of rubbish ALSO told me that I should read Sally Fallons book - that she is the expert on oils and fats. LOL. I guess he doesn't know about her Eat Fat Lose Fat book. Derrrr. Rayne http://spaces.msn.com/members/CheersRayne/ Sally Fallon Does anyone have the link to her message board?? Guest guest
Hey group, I have had the Sally Fallon cookbook for quite some time now -- a little over a year. There are some foods that are not on the list that are in the cookbook. She says that Rapadura is okay -- in SMALL amounts. She has sourdough bread. I'm confused. There are some delicious foods, but it seems as if I cannot eat them. M. H. ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Never miss a thing. Guest guest
Hi , Sally Fallon's book contains some very valuable information but you have to follow Bee's plan closely first and foremost. Sally has some recipes that will fit with this program, like how to make bone broths for instance and I believe she has info on how to properly soak grains... when you get to the point in the diet that you can include them that is.... If you have any questions about what you can eat, refer to Bee's plan first. jackie > > Hey group, > > I have had the Sally Fallon cookbook for quite some time now -- a little over a year.
