One of the people on this list has been showing up in my spam box instead of the

inbox

for a few days. I keep changing it by going into spam and marking it to move to

the inbox, but I don't know how to make it go into the inbox permanently. On my

google email, I can mark something " not spam " and it will switch permanently.

I don't know about specifically but there is something called a

" white list " that one can addresses to that are allowed no matter what

the spam filters think. It may go by another name under different spam

catching programs.

I just looked on and I didn't see anything like a white list but

if you log into mail. and then click on the " options " to the

far right and then " mail options " on the drop down, that will take you

to where you can configure spam.

On the left hand side click on spam and you'll see a place where you can

put blocked email addresses. Check there to make sure you haven't

somehow accidentally added this person you don't want to be blocked.

I checked and she's not in there. It's so weird. Thanks for giving me the infor

Roni, have you checked to see if you have 'swearing' filtered? I'm only

suggesting this since I know who that person is and they tend to swear quite a

bit when they're angry!
