Guest guest
I am relatively new here, but one of the things that I have come to realize/learn, is that what works for one person might not work for another. It's wonderful that we can all post our " protocols " on these sites. We can see what works for other people and perhaps find from them something to help each of us! It's easy to get emotional and passionate! We all can:) **************************************See AOL's top rated recipes (http://food.aol.com/top-rated-recipes?NCID=aoltop00030000000004)
Guest guest
Well you learned a very valuable lesson, and everyone who has to take meds of any kind needs to learn it too. Even herbs can be a problem for some people, especially if you have a tendency to allergies, as I do. I used to take the doc's word for everything, but no more. If something doesn't agree with me or isn't working the way it should, I post and research and keep looking till I find out why, and hope that by understanding, a proper regimen can be worked out.
