I've been reading the different posts but don't know what I have yet. Went in for a kidney stone and coming out begin told that I need a liver transplant. Had Mono at 15 with one relapse, now 48 years old. Ever since I was told this (don't have any symptoms) news, I have been frightened. Have had fibromyalgia for the past ten years or so, been tested for lupus, etc. Checking out Mt. Sinai, Columbia and have an appointment with U of P next week with hematologist for thrombocytopenia which I have had for quite some time. Getting biopsy soon-scare of that with the thrombocytopenia.
