Hello ?,

Yes i dont think that theory is true....because when I eat dressings

that have egg in them....I get an even stronger reaction. The egg in

dressing is NOT cooked!

==>Hi Allyssa. Members of this group have found they are not allergic

to eggs, but they must start with small amounts, like most

unadulterated healing foods, and only gradually increase it to minimize

healing reactions/die-off symtpoms. Eggs contain sulphur which is also

antifungal so they will kill off candida. IF your body requires the

nutrients in eggs it will create healing reactions. Healing reactions

are NOT allergic reactions, even though the list is exactly the same.

It depends upon a person's viewpoint.

If we avoided everything that caused healing reactions we wouldn't be

giving our bodies what they need in order to heal. AND

unadulterated " good " foods from Mother nature do not cause

allergies. " So called " allergic reactions are caused by the healing

mechanisms in the body which means the immune system is working very

hard to heal and maintain health.

Allergies are very misunderstood by the medical industry and people

alike. After all it is big business and makes lots of money! For more

information see these articles:

No grapefruit is not okay. Some people cannot have lemons and limes in

the beginning either.

Dear Allyssa, I hope you don't mean store bought dressing. :( More

than likely you are reacting to rancid canola oil, vinegar or msg in

it.

Want to test if you are *really* reacting to eggs? Make a scratch on

your skin and put egg white on it. Wait 5 minutes. If it is red you

are reactive. If not you aren't. Then do the same with the yellow.

Nan, Zack, Bee or anyone else in the know,

Would this technique work for any food? I would like to see if the

test would show a reaction to chicken (my blood tests showed

" allergy " )and am wondering - would I rub some on raw or cooked? I

understand the allergy/healing reaction concept; this is for peace of

mind that I'm needing around eating it.
