It is simple, Bob: you are addicted to carbohydrates and you're

probably not eating enough fat. In my opinion, no, you would not be

better off just having the tahini. Because you ended up eventually

having the tahini anyway, and cake and milk! So even if you would have

just had the spoonful of tahini initially, would you have been able to

stop there?

A low-carb. diet MUST be HIGH FAT, not high protein. Do not make that

mistake.

You have to load the fat, Bob. You have to eat fat until you don't

feel like eating anything else. Fat is the most satiating. When you're

eating 4 pork chops, take each bite with an equal amount of butter,

and I'm sure you won't be eating 2 quarts of broccoli, and perhaps not

even 4 pork chops. That is way to much broccoli, in my opinion - sugar

is sugar is sugar.

you are just hankering for to Tahini and really just want to eat a

spoonful of it and if you did and felt that would be ok vs. you do

what I do and say " that is not on the diet " and then end up eating

like 2 quarts of brocolli, a pound of spinish and 4 pork chops to rid

myself of my hankering! Over eating and I am sure getting more carbs

than eathing a spoonful of Tahini.

2am, go into the kitchen grab the jar of Tahini and eat half of it

with a half of gallon of my wife's kid's milk and perhaps polish off a

half of a birthday cake. I have really done this, and I think, am I

wrong that I may have been better off with the spoonfull of Tahini???

day on diet and day after day only go off of it like at 1am after I

have gone to sleep for a few hours and wake up? This seems to go on

day after day and I can not seem ot get on the wagon again. Thanks
