weight gain and loss of periods

I have been doing this diet for approx 4 months now incorporating most of the

supplements,

electrolyte drink, coconut oil, dry skin brushing, coffee enemas, salt baths and

diet to the

best of my ability. I have lots of meat, vegies,soups, eggs etc but am not

totally free of cheats

but all in all doing pretty well. I have totally elimianted alcohol and coffee.

What I am

concerned about is that even though my periods were becoming erratic before the

diet, they

have now not returned since November and my weight has increased by three kilos.

I am

bloated and appear to be carrying a lot of weight around the middle. Is it

possible I have

progressed into menopausal symptons somehow? I am 44. My mother went through

menopause quite early. I am feeling a bit disillusioned as well as I have

applied coconut oil

religiously to my skin as well and have seen no improvement. My hair has lost

its life and

gets greasy very quickly. Is there something I am missing?? I have seen this

diet as my hope

to be free of candida and regain the real me. The one big plus is that I have a

LOT less

headaches and a LOT more energy. The way I look however is depressing me. Your

thoughts?
