you can take anything with cortef. you take it 4X a day, so don't make

yourself crazy. whatever I can take sublingually, I do.

So I started Cortef. I put it under my tongue for a bit even though it

tastes nasty. Then I swallow what's left of it.

My question is. How long do I need to wait to take supplements after taking

Cortef? I am hoping it's not as long as I have to wait after taking Armour!
