Guest guest
not regularly, i have lemon and water daily but at times the salt burns my stomach and i dont want to set that off again. Is the fact that i dont do it all together, the water, salt and lemon a discrepancy that i am missing something? Thanks. Also please change the subject line to match your subject. ==>No, do not buy regular sea salt with iodide!!! It must be Celtic Ocean Sea Salt or an equivalent - there are very few however! Please re-read the information about sea salt in my main article and also do a site search for sea salt on my website for more information about salt. Guest guest
> > Where do you get a good ocean sea salt. > What brand do you use? +++Hi Mindy. It is very important that you refer to the correct lists for supplements, ocean sea salt, etc., which explains the kind of ocean sea salt you buy: This is from " Supplements - Description & Doses " : http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp1.php Minerals The best way to obtain minerals is: -By consuming a balanced diet as noted in the article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida. " -By taking calcium/magnesium supplements (above). -By drinking good non-chlorinated water that contains all of its natural minerals, along with at minimum of 1 1/2 teaspoons of " good " ocean sea salt, which contains over 84 minerals, i.e. Celtic (Nature's Cargo in Canada), Himalayan, etc. Note: Ocean sea salt provides proper amounts of sodium and chloride, which are two of the seven macrominerals required in higher amounts by the body. As noted above, adequate macrominerals, other than calcium, magnesium, sodium and chloride, are contained in the diet, i.e. potassium, sulphur, and phosphorus. Electrolyte Drink: 1/4 teaspoon of ocean sea salt and the juice of 1/2 of a freshly squeezed lemon added to 6 ounces of filtered water (use less salt if you like to add it to foods) - drink 6 times a day (drink 3 of those glasses with meals to aid digestion). Mineral Dose: Take a minimum of 1 1/2 teaspoons of ocean sea salt per day in the Electrolyte Drink (above) and/or in foods, in addition to good non-chlorinated water that contains natural minerals.
