Hi! Does this look like a good liquid form of Vitamin C?

One Tablespoon (15 ml) contains: Amount per Serving *%USRDA

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid and Calcium Ascorbate) 1000 mg 1667 %

Calcium (from Calcium Ascorbate) 94 mg 9 %

Lemon Bioflavonoids 1000 mg **

Rose Hips 1000 mg **

Rutin 33 mg **

Hesperidin 33 mg **

Acerola 17 mg **

==>No, you cannot buy both kinds of vitamin C recommended in one

product. Buy a capsule or tablet and also buy plain ascorbic acid

crystals separately and mix it 50/50 with baking soda. Re-check them,

okay? With a mixed product like this it's too hard to regulate how

much calcium and other things in it that you need to take. Getting

them separately allows you to take more vitamin C without getting too

much of the other stuff.
