Guest guest Posted January 15, 2008 Report Share Posted January 15, 2008 I have made the ice cream recipe about 4 times and it always gets too hard to eat until it melts. Is this normal? I finally put it in an ice cube tray and muffin pan to make smaller portions which I can take out of the freezer since " scooping it " is impossible. Am I doing something wrong?
