I took 90mg Armour for a few years! and thought that was all I needed.

finally finally figured out how to take cortef and then went right to 240mg

Armour---that is what I really needed.

You probably didn't have a high T3 level then. Because I believe if

you did, you would not have been able to take all that Armour right

away. It is suggested by the adrenal group to ease into it slowly. It

obviously worked for you but not for someone that has a high T3 which

I have in additional to Reverse T3. Thanks for responding, it helped

a lot.

it felt just like the resistance melted away--I could just feel my body coming

back to life--it felt amazing.
