Guest guest
, Caveat emptor. SAD responds to visible light, not UVB, which is strongly associated with skin cancer. I would suggest just spending more time outside, especially in the morning before the UV starts to penetrate the atmosphere. Guest guest
When I was a small child I had UV light for a skin rash that I had on my hands. The rash went away.
