Guest guest
Thanks. I ended up calling poison control because I read online that it could cause irregular heartbeat and stroke, but poison control said I should be fine after the researched it. He just said I created a hyperthyroid state and to call my doctor tomorrow to find out what they feel I should do. Whew, that was freaky. Another side note...I didn't even lose weight with a mistake like that. In a message dated 3/8/2009 1:12:35 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time, nelsonck@... writes: Are you having any hyper symptoms? If you are, I personally would be off of it for more than one day. If I had no hyper symptoms I would just continue with the correct pills and dosage. That's me though, you have to decide for yourself by how your body is reacting. Venizia > > I just got my levoxyl up'd from 100 to 150 and I also take cytomel. Guest guest
Oh wow. that's interesting. I didn't overly itch with this...just itched like normal. It's actually gotten worse over the years though. I'm fine in summer...no itching, but the minute it's dry winter season...it's horrible. I'm just so confused that if I'm on the right amount of thyroid T3 and T4, why my symptoms haven't changed....(I'm not trying anymore iodine-just talking to other people). In a message dated 3/8/2009 1:42:09 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time, nelsonck@... writes: You mentioned that you were warm and that you were still so itchy. Guest guest
This is what I read about coconut oil: " This is classified as a saturated fat. Normally too much saturated fat increases risk of heart disease by raising levels of the 'bad' cholesterol. The difference between the saturated fat in coconut oil is that it exists in a different chemical form so is digested more easily and sent directly to your liver and converted into energy. Studies show that this type of fat can speed up your metabolism, so you will burn more calories.
