Guest guest
Hi Bee and everyone, I was having trouble getting the absorbic acid and baking soda recommended because was hard for me to mix it throughout the day and I really didn't like how it went down. Then a little over a week ago I found this at the health store while looking for something to solve the problem and have found it helpful in getting adequete amounts of Vit C. I have started feeling better but yesterday I went to buy more and noticed it really doesn't have soduim bicoarbinate, it has potassium bicarbonate. Can you read the label and tell me if it is okay to take. I find it helpful in that I can mix it in my water glasses easily throughout the day and drink it along with my lemon water. I realize it might not be best, but is it good and how much would be too much because of the added minerals and ectrolytes. Thanks, laura http://www.nutribiotic.com/ElectroCLemon.htm Effervescent Electrolyte Recharge pH 6.0* NutriBiotic Electro-C delivers natural vitamin C and minerals in concentrations higher than can be found in food, while being hypo- allergenic (free of all common food antigens).
