Guest guest
Bee, Back in september I wrote to you and asked if you had any suggestions for a nerve problem I was having in my neck that radiated down my arm. You suggested white willow bark, chiropractor or massage. (I was afraid of the chiropractor since many years ago I became dependant on chiropractic treatments needing adjustments 2-3 times aweek for 8 years. I recieved a miraculous healing and never went back.) I tried the white willow bark with good sucess. I needed it for about a week and then did not have the extreme pain. The shoulder/neck has been getting steadily better. I no longer have problems when I lay down etc. I still have some type of muscle problem in the neck and my finger and thumb tips are constantly numb. Do you think this is like carple tunnel syndrome. I did some message searches and found that this diet cures carple tunnel. I am thinking maybe I should invest in massage. Pat Brogan

That's good you had great success with the white willow bark too. > I still have some type of muscle problem in the neck and my finger and thumb tips are constantly numb. I believe you have a pinched or damaged nerve that connects to those areas. You could start with massages which would stimulate nerves and get more blood flowing to those areas, but I still feel a chiropractor would help more, or get accupressure or accupuncture treatments. I had amazing results from accupressure treatmeats done by my naturopath - he used electrodes instead of needles. Let me know what you decide to do and how it works out for you.
