Guest guest
Hi Bee---wanted to follow up about the " liver pain " I've been having after eating. I wrote to you yesterday and described it as " Lower right quadrant " but it's really right around my lower right ribcage area (not abdominal area), almost tucked up under the lowest rib on the right side. I looked at an anatomy diagram and that's right where the gallbladder is! Like I mentioned, my family has had gallbladder woes (my mom had hers removed, and so did my aunt). I feel like I need to cut back on the fats....I " only " got to 116 grams today (and I had a good mixture of eggs, butter, ghee, and just 1 TBSP total of coconut oil) but this is still MUCH higher than I've ever had " pre-Bee " . My " range " is 185 to 259 but this worries me because of the gallbladder history. Pain coming right after I'm done eating...maybe 10-15 mins later and I have a lot of belching which I've read is a sign of the gallbladder/liver being taxed. What is going on? Doug says he has pain in the same area that he says feels " like a knife stabbing " him. Might this be gallbladder/gallstones? What are your thoughts? If there's a file to read, I haven't found it yet. THANKS A MILLION....Jill
