Guest guest
Hi Bonnie, I don't see why you can't be looking around, trying another therapist, if you feel the current one isn't making much progress after all this time. It's not like you couldn't go back to him/her if you can't find one you feel is better qualified or whatever. I'm just thinking that usually appt times are sometimes hard to get, have to wait weeks(!) so far as having someone this summer to try. Anything the therapist has suggested you can all be working on at home in the meantime? Can't recall, did he have problems with meds, finding the right ones or something? > > My son's therapist is away on vacation for a month. He is doing OK > still off meds, but has separation anxiety. Guest guest
Hi my name is , I am new to this group and thought maybe I could get some answers here regarding my hypo-thyroid. My T3-4 levels came back recently (Oct 2nd) at 0.09 but my doctor lowered my medication...does this make sense. I am on Synthroid...it was at 0.125mg for years and now it was lowered to 0.112 .. My hair is very brittle and skin very dry but also breaking out and I seem to be quite emotional at times...which I never was up to a few months ago. I would have thought I would have been put on a higher dose if my levels were low. It actually was a dermatologist that did some blood work on me that found my levels were extremely low and sent a copy to my doctor who than lower my medication. I must also say I had a physical along with all the regular blood tests done by my doctor a couple of months ago and apparently all came back normal...hmmmm. I don't know what to do other than get a new doctor. Thanks for any thoughts, idea's, tips and information,
Guest guest
, if you could send us your blood test results and be sure to include the ranges then perhaps someone can be more helpful.
