Amour Arrived ya ! Ouestions ??

Hi Everyone ,I have a question ,for you all,the Endo put me on Metaformin and

these Med's is giving me a Severe headache,feeling really sick like the Flu type

of thing,muscles are hurting ,anyone else take this medications for Diabetic's

type 2 ,also my Armour arrived to day can I start taking the amour even through

I am not feeling so well, or should I wait, are their any interactions

reguarding Armour and Metaformin ,want to make sure .

Deborah - you really should be calling your pharmacist and asking these

questions, as well as reading the patient inserts.

Pharmascists are the best informed regarding drug interactions etc.

Check the pharmacist's information that comes with the Metformin. I

believe those are all symptoms of liver enzyme problems, for which you

should contact the doctor. Armour can't cause that, so if you are going

to stop anything until you get to the doctor, it should probably be the

Metformin.

sounds like you need the right dose of Armour actually.

My father takes metformin and synthroid and does not seem to have any reaction

taking

the two. However, his doctors have him on 16 other meds so I don't know how we

would

ever know which one would be causing a reaction to the

other.......Da.....Doctors!
