I found this at the health food store yesterday and it sounded good,

but wanted to check with you all first before taking it.

This is a link I found on Amazon that shows exactly what it is.

http://www.amazon.com/Omega-3-Fish-Oil-60-

Softgel/dp/B00020HWTU/ref=sr_1_1/104-5129476-1162300?

ie=UTF8 & s=hpc & qid=1178902569 & sr=8-1

On the bottle it states this:

While at the health food store yesterday they had a fish oil brand by

Kal. Anyone ever used this or know about it? It states that the

fish oil comes from cold water fish. It goes through a 12-stage

purity process, including molecular distillation, to remove heavy

metals, PCBs, dioxins, furans and other contaminants. Each softgel

contains 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA with natural Vitamin E

It also states that they guarantee that NO ingredients other than

those listed on the label have been added to the product.

Sound ok?

It doesn't say that it is yeast free.. but it says there is nothing

else in there but what they stated which is vitamin E gelatin and

glycerin and the natural marine lipid concentrate (fish).
