Guest guest
I fix a protein shake just about every am of vanilla fat free yogart, 1/2 banana, a few frozen blueberries and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. I have had cream of wheat but it just doesn't taste the same to me anymore. Beckycaprise holmes <capriseholmes@...> wrote: what types of foods are people eating for breakfast? Guest guest
Rebbecca, I felt the same way when i began this diet. I found ways to add chicken. broccoli n spinach to my eggs with sea salt and garlic and it helped. You can have bone broth or dinner for breakfast also. Its hard in the beginning because we are so used to having bready carbs for breakfast our whole lives so it seems weird to try n fill up on fats n protein, but it pays off in a while. You get used to it. Good Luck Marei ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Have a burning question? Would anyone have a suggestion for breakfast food? From what I understand, I can only eat eggs. I think I am going to turn into an egg soon. I would love to have atleast one other food to alternate with that will fill me up. I normally have to eat every two hours yet I am still underweight for my height. regards Hello , For breakfast you can sautee 4oz of beef or chicken with 1 1/2 cup of vegetables. When done add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and season with fresh pressed garlic and/or celtic seasalt. (Once you build up your daily coconut oil intake you could add more. I usually add one tablespoon.) Another way to eat eggs and not get tired of them is Bee's Raw Egg Drink. Have you tried it yet? It makes a wonderfully nutritious breakfast and a great way to add coconut oil in your diet. You can find the recipe here. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe167.php Hope this helps. :-) Debra NW
Guest guest
Thanks Marei, It is definitely something to overcome. I really want to eat my wheat-free cereal and rice milk / wheat and yeast free toast and a piece of fruit. I worked in Turkey for 3 months and they eat, tomatoes, black olives, cucumber and feta for breakfast with a cup of tea. I could never do it. I was always wheat free cereals, rice milk and a couple of pieces of fruit. I will have to adjust 'big time'. regards In , marei <marei1204@...> wrote: > > Rebbecca, > > I felt the same way when i began this diet. Guest guest
Dear Debra, Thank-you for your reply. I have not tried the egg drink. My first thought is it will not be substantial enough for me. But, I will have another look at it and try it. kind regards > > Dear members, > I have just started Bee's diet. > Would anyone have a suggestion for breakfast food? > From what I understand, I can only eat eggs. > I think I am going to turn into an egg soon. > I would love to have atleast one other food to alternate with that > will fill me up. Guest guest
> Would anyone have a suggestion for breakfast food? , As others have suggested, remember that " breakfast " doesn't have to be traditional breakfast food. While you CAN have eggs (in the egg drink, hard-boiled, omelet, etc...) you don't HAVE to. I often have left-over meat for breakfast, or sometimes I'll saute some peppers, onions, and garlic in LOT of butter. Remember to get plenty of fat. You need it for energy, and it'll help you feel sated too. Time to think outside the cereal box... in IN

Guest guest
Hi , I just love breakfast foods!!! I may have to come out with a second breakfast cookbook. This morning I ground up some quinoa into flour and made a little cream of quinoa garnished with 1/2 a fresh organic farmers market peach and a little flax oil. I'm sure some of you would have liked a little rice, almond or soy milk on it too. If I had made a lot I might have fried up some leftovers for another meal. Many mornings I have porridge made from various whole grains that I've soaked overnight. On the weekends I like to do something like pancakes, waffles, popovers, soufles, etc. Sometimes I get in the mood for a tofu scramble or bean saute...I mix it up. In the summer I like light things and in the winter you might find me making comfort rice or oatcakes. I'm kind of a plain girl though and I don't eat all that much sweet stuff anymore. I also found that I don't like miso for breakfast because then I'm hungrier all day long. The best breakfast is eggs, and most people on this group are having Bee's Raw Egg Drink - found in our Group's Files (left menu) in the " Candida Recipes " Folder, under Drinks. Or you can have eggs and good bacon (free of sulfites, nitrates, sugar, etc.). Of course any foods you eat for other meals are great for breakfast too.
