Hi to Bee and everyone,

Recently I started taking 1tblspoon of chlorophyll 3 times a day and

started having die off symptoms and some irritation in my stomach. The

die off lasted approx 20 minutes, they included chills and nausea. I

looked at the chlorophyll ingredients and it includes peppermint oil

which I think its also an antifungal/antibacteria. I stopped taking

the chlorophyll and havent been able to find chlorophyll without

peppermint oil. I am currently taking 3 drops of oregano oil 3 times a

day and have no to minor die off symptoms.

So my questions are:

-Is peppermint oil an antifungal/antibacteria herb?

-Should I continue to take the chlorophyll but reduce the quantity of

the dose?

Thanks

Leonardo

Hi Leonardo, yes peppermint can kill off candida. It is wise of you

to cut back to a smaller amount.
