Guest guest
> > Bee, > As you know, OCD symptoms are very common with systemic candida. My daughter is going through die-off right now, which is making the OCD alot worse. It makes life pretty much intolerable when you sit there day after day, completely exhausted, with your brain racing all over the place. Is there anything at all you can recommend to calm the brain while going through the die-off? Thank you for your help. ==>Hi Eileen. That must be very rough for you to handle. My heart goes out to you. There are a lot of suggestion to help minimize and handle die-off in the Candida Symptoms, Help For Folder (in our files). There is a great 9-day program in that file which is the best handling for severe die-off - I think the Title has Die-Off in it. Let us know what helps my dear. I hope something helps you and her out. Hugs, Bee
Guest guest
My dear friend. Please do not send me long lists from multi-vitamins. Also please put your name at the end of your post for our blind member, Maddalena. I do not recommend taking any multi-vitamins of any kind. A manufacturer cannot possibly cram quality ingredients into one pill unless it were as big as a football. This is from my article, under Take Essential Supplements: " Only Take Recommended Supplements Most candida sufferers are much more successful if they only take the essential supplements listed below. If you are currently taking any other supplements it is best to gradually go off of them. Many supplements recommended by others, i.e. naturopaths, dieticians, and other healthcare professionals, are because they do not understand what a truly good diet is. This leads them to recommend supplements that are obtained from the nutrient-dense foods that are already included in Bee's candida diet. Guest guest
Hell Bee and all list members, I've been following Bee's diet for over a year now with great results, till I started to adding cayenne pepper to my dishes. For the past 2 - 3 weeks each time I eat something with cayenne pepper I get bloaded and worst of all I'm once again getting vaginal itchness at night. Bee do you have any idea on why the cayenne pepper is causing this? If you think it's not the cayenne pepper what could be causing these symptoms so far into the diet? I'm happy to say that I haven't cheated in months. Thanks for your help, Maddalena
Guest guest
Hi there, Is your name Tricia? Please sign a name so we can remember you! ) As you say, you can never really go back to eating the way you used to, otherwise you will get sick again, but a couple of drinks say once a month or every couple of months after you're healed shouldn't cause you too much problem. Your body will be strong enough to handle it at that point. You might find, too, that you just aren't that interested in drinking anymore. That's how it is for me. I have no taste for alcohol and even when I smell it, it is really unappealing. So, stay the course, get well and see how you are after that. Good luck! Group Moderator > > Hi, I am very young and having a lot of problems from what i think is candida. i have a ton of digestive issues from taking antibiotics and now a bunch of other health problems. My main question is after someone has gotten better are they able to eat and things without problems? I would never go back to the diet i used to have which was aweful and i do eat a lot healthier now but i also dont want to be scared about what i can eat or drink either. Like I said i am young and want to have a life. for me, having some alcoholic drinks with my friends is a HUGE destressor for me and i haven't been able to do that because of all the problems i have had. my question is, after people get better can they have drinks without problems? I dont mind being strict for a while but i dont want to do all this and then have a limited life. like i said i would still eat healthy, which i really do but do people have to give up drinking for the rest of their life? i feel like in order to be truley overcome this you shouldnt have to worry about what you do..within reason. >

Welcome to our group. Wow, you joined and posted right away so were you able to read the emails sent to you? Just to make sure, here's two important articles you need to read: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these 200 wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php I agree that you do not want to be fearful of foods, but the foods available today are not " real foods " that our bodies need in order to be healthy and fit. It has been know for hundreds of years how drinking more than a moderate amount of alcohol is damaging to your health. In order to maintain future health you still need to follow Nature's Laws on Health and Healing, and of course that is with " real foods " .
