Sample Menu

Hi Bee,

Sorry to be stuck on this but I know how important this is to get

this part of the diet right to experience healing. I would hate to

get 6 months down the road on the diet and find out that my portions

were all wrong.

What if this were a sample menu for me at 5' 11 " for the day:

2 eggs

6 ounces of either chicken or salmon

2 cups of broccoli or green beans or asparagus

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 tablespoons of butter

6 tablespoons of coconut oil

I also jog 2 miles each day and do some light weight lifting for

muscle toning.

Do these portions look right? Should I go up or down on the fats? Any

suggestions on how to increase carbs without increasing proteins?

Would anyone else like to include their sample daily menus for

suggestions?
