I am not Bee, but I personally am of the opinion that full spectrum

lighting is a great idea for you, especially given your 'cave-like'

dwelling. I think my mom is getting me a full-spectrum desk lamp for

my office @ work, and I am very excited about that.

Also, ensuring you are getting adequate vitamin D3 is also very

important during the winter months.
