I dug out the actual diagnostics on the TSH fTSH: 237 High (Borderline High = 86-120) fT4: 0.18 Normal fT3: 0.26 Borderline Low TPO: Negative I am registered with , so don't know how else to get into the group, as I already get the group emails to this address. Thanks again, Carol I would say that calls for treatment or greatly increased treatment. Be sure to include your normal ranges for these tests. At my lab, the TSH test normal range is 0.5 to 5.0. When I looked up fTSH, the first dozen or so sites called it a " feline TSH " test for cats.
