Guest guest
-- a, there is a possibility that you could have appendicitis. I had it when 19 and still remember the excrutiating pain. Finally after 8 hours I was rushed to hospital and as it burst I got peritonitis which is very dangerous. My sister also had such pains and she was diagnosied with kidney stones (you could also have gallstones) No-one should wait out such pain. I would go to emergency right away if I were you. Good luck! I have increased my fat intake to the levels recommended here but I also still eat quite a bit of protein. I am not strict with the ratios yet. Could this be the problem. I'm a little scared since the pain is really bad and my stomach is distended, too. The area under my ribs on the right side is even tender to the touch and the pain is radiating to my back.
