Dessert recipes would be great if they are candida safe. I can get butter

in him by making him a banana " shake " but I do want to get away from

banana. But the shake will be the last to go I think because I use eggs and

butter in it. I tried a couple of versions of Jecca's ice cream but he

didn't like it. I would be interested in whatever you have.
