In my previous post, I mentioned my current weight gain. I know that

this is not the most important issue at hand and that my weight gain

is actually a great sign of healing (for me). It's like suddenly my

body woke up and started absorbing nutrients! But boy it is

absorbing more than I want at this point! The first 4 lbs came back

slowly taking me from 121 to 125. then,I gained 5lbs back in about a

week going from 125 to 130. This weekend I weighed 130 and today

(Thursday)I weighed 133! I do not like being this heavy. 125 is a

good weight for me. Plus, I am gaining so fast it is a bit scary. I

do think there is a direct correlation to my adrenals. I know they

are healing. I was so textbook typical adrenal fatigue. WOUND UP at

night and DEAD in the morning. Now, I am ready to snooze at 10:00

every night. I do not get the late night surges anymore. I know my

cortisol is finally leveling out. My mornings are much better as

well.

So, back to the weight question. I really want to get back to 125 so

my body feels better. My energy has dropped off with this weight

gain. Do I need to stop my bi-weekly cheats of buckwheat pancakes?

Will just cutting my fat intake back bring the weight down? Again, I

know that weight should not be a main issue. BUT I felt better 8lbs

lighter! I want to resolve this in a healthy fashion.

Thanks,
