Hi ,

I have safely ordered from Biogenesis labs for 1 1/2 years now...they

are very reliable although it takes at least 2 to 3 weeks to get your

order and it is true Armour. After 3 years of battling doctors, I

started self treating 2 years ago...starting with suppliments from

the health food store and graduated to ordering Armour and Cytomel

overseas. I would not recommend anyone doing this unless they have

done extensive research and are very intuned to thier body's signals.

All I know is that my weight is almost back to normal, I can think

straight and am about at 90% of my former energy.

When I can afford it, I hope to work with a naturopathic doctor to

see if I can eventually get my body back to working on it's

own...until then, I will continue to self treat.

Hey Cat....

I am glad to hear you have had success with Biogenesis Labs.

I have been battling hypo and doctors too...over 10 years now. I have a few

questions if you don't mind...Did you have RAI therapy? How much weight did you

put on? How much Armour and Cytomel do you take?

No, no RIA therapy...After my research, I realized that my

endomitriosis was the...warning -sign/precurser to my hypo.

A few years later in the middle of a very bad stressfull divorce, I

went from (in 3 months) a high energy, quick thinking 105 lbs to no

energy, idiotic, swelling 130 lbs. 10% bodyfat to 25% and I'm a

bodybuilder! All they wanted to do was put me on 85 mcg

Levethroid...when I told them it wasn't helping, they offered anti-

depressants telling me my levels were 'normal'...so...started my

rebellion. I was raised in a family of 6 kids with a handicapped

child and we challenged everything the doctors told us..including she

would not live past 6...she made it to 49 with a college degree. My

father was a chemist and my mother a nurse...my sister was bedridden

and in a wheelchair all her life and never had a bedsore. She

questioned and challenged all her doctors cuz she knew her body. I

learned from that. I now take 50 mg's of Cytomel and do 320 of Amour

but cycle it. I also take suppliments for hair and skin, l-carntine,

and a spectrum of vitamins...zinc and copper(I'm vain!)

Occasionnally, I order Clenbuterol...an 'illegal' body building

suppliment that kicks in the fat burning...but I'm very careful!!!! I

get that and the Cytomel out of Bulgaria. It may be illegal according

to our 'modern' laws but not in Europe.

I have taken my health and life into my own hands and control...I'm

an intelligent adult and take full responability for it as should

everyone...my 'declaraltion of independance'! I home schooled for 12

years...know my History and know my rights as a HUMAN BEING!!!!

what are you talking about? you cannot order from within US, you must order

from overseas.

as far as I know, the only ones who get theri orders confiscated have gone

through Chicago. I have ordered from England for many years, b/c it is cheaper

even with shipping. You are not doing anything wrong. you are ordering meds

you need to live--why on earth should you be prosecuted/persecuted????? Do not

be afraid of big pharma or the medical industrial complex. We should not be

intimidated.

Wow good for you! Our stories are similar in nature. I too am in the fitness

industry...personal trainer/group fitness instructor. I competed in amateur

figure back in mid 90's but my RAI therapy ended that quickly.

I was diagnosed with Graves borderline thyroid storm. Didn't really know

much about anything and was stupid not to investigate myself...but was still

under the impression then that Doctors knew what they were doing...my big

mistake. I am 5'6 " and at the time I weighed 135lbs off season to 120lbs

competition...give or take a few! I received RAI therapy in June 1997...for 3

months I seemed to be fine. I was not put on any thyroid medication just beta

blockers. Then it started in September when I ballooned up to 150lbs and kept

growing. Nothing in my diet or training schedule changed! I log everything I

eat and do! You know the routine! My endo at the time out me on .15mg of

Levoxal...didn't do a thing! By December 20th, my brothers wedding, I was up to

172lbs! The endo kept asking me what I am eating...what a jerk! When I showed

him my nutritional journal listing my food intake, portions and time along with

my supplements...he just said I needed to exercise.

When I refreshed his memory quite harshly of what I do for a living showing him

my workout schedule/journal...he questioned whether or not I was telling the

truth in my food journal! It wasn't until 1999 that I found a holistic MD who

prescribed Armour. But it seems every doctor I have seen that is willing to

prescribe Armour still goes about reading blood levels by TSH...therefore I have

never been prescribed over 180mgs.

Now almost 10 years later...my body feels as if it isn't even mine. My

inability to build or keep muscle is diminished it seems. I still train and

teach but my joint pain is always an issue let alone my fatigue/depression.

I will try ordering from Biogenesis and see what happens. I appreciate you

taking the time to share your inspiring story with me.

International Antiaging Systems is also a good reliable off-shore place

to buy armour or nature thyroid - I have used it several times and they

are great - not cheap though but on a par with bio genisis.

I also use drugstore.com and Master's Marketing - all good and no cheap

substitutes.
