Guest guest
Hello Bee, Firstly congratulations on your web site. It's beautiful!!! Like others, I was instantly moved upon just looking at your home page. Your dedication is amazing. I just wanted to know whether my loose stools should be considered diarrhea and treated accordingly. I have about 2 movements a day and both are very loose liquid. I'm not on the toilet all day or anything like that, but when I do go, it gushes out. I've only been on the diet for about a month, and from reading other messages, it seems this may be a pattern of healing and will balance out. Is that right? Also, the more coconut oil I take the looser everything gets. I'm back to only two tablespoons per day. Should I continue to gradually increase or wait a while? Thank you very much. , Australia

A month isn't very long for sure, so it will balance out eventually. > > Also, the more coconut oil I take the looser everything gets. I'm back to only two tablespoons per day. I believe you might upped the dose too quickly. You might even cut back to 1 tbl and things should improve. Luv, Bee >
