Thanks. > ==>Hi, is that Eileen? I think I'm remembering different people's email addresses. Please put your name at the end of your messages for Maddalena, our blind members. Thanks. ==>There are many natural things which help; 1) increasing nutrition, particularly with Bee's Raw Egg Drink, bone broths, chicken soup, and meats; 2) garlic tea with lemon and ginger is wonderful (drink 4-5 cups per day) or raw garlic; garlic is a natural antibiotic; 3) oil of oregano; 4) clove tea or clove oil; 5) gargling with 50/50 hydrogen peroxide & water, or ocean sea salt in water; 6) ensure there is plenty of moisture in the air by boiling water on the stove, or run the shower hot so the room is filled with steam and then sit in the steamed room doing breathing exercise for 15 minutes; 7) ensure you are taking all of the supplements recommended. Also see articles on Mucus & Sinuses (do a search on my new website for them). ==>Recipes are at my new website, along with details about clove, garlic and oregano oil, along with doses - do a Site Search for them. I hope this helps. Keep us posted on how you do. Luv, Bee > >
