==>Do a search at www.westonaprice.org for Melrose Cod Liver Oil and I

think you'll find your answer.

==>You might have to shop around more to find the right thing. You do

not need to take " extra " A & D if there is enough in the cod liver

oil. I buy halibut liver oil capsules with both A & D in them because

I need more than is contained in my cod liver oil, or there are fish

oils that contain only vitamin A. It must state how much vitamin is

contained in the product on the label; you can't just buy fish oil

because it is mostly omega 3 without any vitamins A & D. Maybe post a

message for others in Australia to help you too.
