I've read and re-read your info on it and I just don't > understand. I asked the vitamin shop for vitamins A and D sold > separately and they don't sell them. Do I just buy fish oil in > capsules, is that where I get the A and D. ==>You might have to shop around more to find the right thing. You do not need to take " extra " A & D if there is enough in the cod liver oil. I buy halibut liver oil capsules with both A & D in them because I need more than is contained in my cod liver oil, or there are fish oils that contain only vitamin A. It must state how much vitamin is contained in the product on the label; you can't just buy fish oil because it is mostly omega 3 without any vitamins A & D. Maybe post a message for others in Australia to help you too. Luv, Bee
