Hi There. Welcome to our group. What is your name please? This

diet plus supplements is the most ideal for diabetics. Also read

about Dr. Jan K. in Poland who has been curing diabetes for over 30

years using his Optimal Diet, which has the same ratios of protein to

fat to carbs this diet does; http://homodiet.netfirms.com/

My program is designed to build up the immune system, and also

eliminate toxins, which is the only way to get healthy.

//> A no-carb. diet is the best prescription for a diabetic. No

sugar/carb. spikes equals no need for increased levels of insulin. You

can CERTAINLY do a all meat diet, but introduce it slowly... don't

switch overnight. If anything, your current diet should scare you to

death, as it probably contains plenty of carbs., not an all meat diet.

Part of the reason you are diabetic is because you have eaten too many

carbs and sugars and starches over the years of your life. Humans are

primarily carnivorous beings, and we thrive on a high animal fat,

moderate protein diet. Disease and suffering comes into the picture

when too much sugar, starch, and carbs. come into the diet.

Best wishes,

I have read the mostly meat diet and can see how that would cut off

the yeast, but I am diabetic, can I do only meat? I am not a big

meat eater and this diet scares me to death, what will I eat?

Hi - welcome to the group. I am fairly new myself.

You actually won't be eating all that much meat, but you will be eating a

lot more fat than you are most likely used to.

To my knowledge, this diet will be far better for your diabetes than any

other diet.
