Hi Jackie,

Great to hear from you. That's so great that you

teach yoga! I have actually thought about a yoga

analogy all day. You see, I find it so hard to start

slow going over to this diet. But I thought about how

I'd never push myself to a point where I'd feel dizzy

or nauseaus in a yoga class. But interestingly I do

that with the nutrition. So, if I could just take a

more yogic attitude towards what I'm doing now with

this new program that would probably help me. It's

nice to know that yoga has so much to teach us about

how to stay tuned in to the body, to listen to it and

to respect it. Cause I can totally see how getting

even a minor injury in a Yoga class would delay my

ability to develop strength and get closer to health.

I will definately take your and Bee's advice into

account. I do love the restorative poses too so I'll

be sure to be respectful of my body and thus more

connected to nature and not push to hard.

Thank you again!

That's a terrific analogy, !

You might also think about " ahimsa " as you go along this path of

natural healing...apply the attitude of non-harming directly to yourself.
