Guest guest Posted January 9, 2007 Report Share Posted January 9, 2007 What is an adequate amount of exercise to go along with this diet? I haven't exercised in year due to feeling so ill. Two days ago, I started with doing some thread mill & leg presses. But I am really not sure - how many days of the week and amount of time each day that I should be exercising. Thanks!
