Guest guest
Bee, My skin is orange and I think I have excess beta carotene. I don't even eat carrots at all, but certainly I eat a lot of spinach, leafy greens, etc. Mostly I'm wondering too if it's okay to eat liver, which I love. Do you know anything about this crazy condition? -Addie

It is not always caused by excess beta carotene, but ensure you are not taking any supplements that contain beta carotene. Instead take " true Vitamin A " which is in cod liver oil. Also ensure you are taking all of the supplements recommended. ==>Yes you can eat liver. I think it is one of nature's most perfect foods. The best liver is from red meat.
