really go bad. That's one of the great things about lacto-

fermentation - it keeps a very long time. Before refrigerators lacto-

femented foods was a way to preserve them. I think it would have to

taste bad, or have lots of mold on it, etc. for it to be considered

bad.

does my yogurt tasting bit sour mean that it is bad? it has been in the

refrigerator for the past three weeks.

==>I do not know but if it doesn't taste right to you maybe it's time

to throw it out.
