wonderful! I believe it would be very difficult for raw yogurt to

really go bad. That's one of the great things about lacto-

fermentation - it keeps a very long time. Before refrigerators lacto-

femented foods was a way to preserve them. I think it would have to

taste bad, or have lots of mold on it, etc. for it to be considered

bad.

I agree with Bee, but I have heard that the probiotics in it loses

maximum potency after about 2-3 wks

does my yogurt tasting bit sour mean that it is bad? it has been in the

refrigerator for the past three weeks.

==>I do not know but if it doesn't taste right to you maybe it's time

to throw it out.
