The fact is that most people do not take either Synthroid or Armour; or any other kind of thyroid medication [as they are not ill]. And it is my impression that ALL of these [healthy] people convert their natural T4 into T3; otherwise they would have thyroid problems. Is this not true??? Even among hypothyroid patients I am under the impression that most people can convert T4 to T3; and that it is only a small minority of that minority who cannot convert T4 to T3.
