Hello Bee, et al.

I've read that we should obtain an acidophilus supplement that is free

of dairy, as well as being free of all the other 'junk,' if you are

not using the cabbage rejuvalec. Can you explain what reasoning goes

behind finding an acidophilus supplement that is free of dairy?

The reason I ask is because previously I was using an acidophilus

supplement by Source Naturals that was convenient to obtain and was

free of all the other 'junk,' but it was dairy based. It stated it was

free of sugar, starch, soy, gluten, etc., etc.

I have not ventured into the rejuvalex just yet, because I am not

entirely on the supplement program yet, and I am not yet up to 5

tablespoons of coconut oil daily. I also have stopped my anti-fungals

temporarily in order to not overdo things while I work on increasing

my coconut oil.

Thanks and regards,
