Guest guest
Bee, Would eye floaters qualify as sensitivity to the lemons? I drink the electrolyte drink everyday and it never caused them before for me but now it does, which I find strange. I have not deviated off plan so could they be healing? Usually when I got the floaters in the past it was from cheating like with the pork rinds with reg salt instead of sea salt. Ocean sea salt also contains over 84 macro and trace minerals. > > Yes, I'm pureeing them [veggies] - not adding anything but butter and celtic sea salt. ==>That's good. > > > > Thanks Bee - this program is changing my life! > > > > ==>Is it? By " changing my life " I mean my thinking, outlook and the > confirmation that I can trust my body to heal if I give it what it > needs. A for instance: I've always known my body wanted a lot of fat but was told from so many sources that I had to skimp on it. Now I'm listening to my body and eating lots of fat - I do well that way. > I'm most excited because this isn't only a candida diet but a > healthy way to live. I like putting it in that context. ==>Excellent Anita. We do " know " when something is right, i.e. particularly lots of good fats. It " is " a healthy way to live. Remember that healing reactions are exactly the same as sensitivity/allergic reactions. I believe that all allergic reactions are healing reactions. It's the body trying hard to deal with something toxic or an overload of toxins, or actively healing because it gets the nutrients it needs to do its job. Guest guest
So if you use fresh squeezed you can make one batch for all day or do I need to make a couple glasses at a time?
