Guest guest
Just curious what you use to blend your bones I guess some blenders could handle chicken bones OK......do you blend other types of bones as well I do some smaller bones in the Vita-mix, but I'm always a bit worried I will break something .........(Earlier in the day, I had boiled a chicken according to Bee's method for broth... chicken was so tender!!) I still have the broth cooking, and tomorrow I'm going to blend the bones, strain them, and make a DELICIOUS soup with the rest of the chicken and some vegetables! Guest guest
In the folder called " Recipes " open the file on " Soups, Stocks and Stews. " In there is a recipe for " Mineral-Rich Bone Broth. " If you follow that recipe, the bones in the broth will be so soft, that you can mush them at times just using a fork. ....Just curious what you use to blend your bones...
