Guest guest Posted February 2, 2008 Report Share Posted February 2, 2008 I bit the bullet today and FINALLY joined a gym! I'm not going to lift any weights for a LONG time, and I'm starting slowly. (I'm not terribly out of shape, but due to candida and CFS, if I do too much, I feel like laying on the couch for 2 days) Anyway, I did the eliptical machine for 10 mintutes, and the stationary bike for 10 minutes. Both of them, I kept my heart rate between 120 & 130. Then I did 50 jumpropes. They also have a mini-trampoline there. Bee... how do you suggest doing the mini trampoline? (3 sets or what?) I guess my goal is to do the eliptical for about 30 minutes and then some mini trampoline and jumpropes. Is that too much?
