Guest guest Posted December 15, 2007 Report Share Posted December 15, 2007 besides my best intentions, i always fall off the wagon after a week or three weeks. i start out with a positive attitude and then, like being on a diet, i want to eat the entire kitchen. i just don't understand how anyone is successful at staying on such a restricted diet. I am not able to go to parties because I feel like even though I'm good at avoiding the foods i'm not supposed to eat, just seeing them makes me crave them later and even though i can feel myself not wanting to do it something else takes over and i eat something i'm not supposed to. i feel like this diet requires you to be perfect. i'm just very depressed and disolutioned. doris Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
