Guest guest
Maureen - if your read up on progesterone you will see that both men and women's bodies make progesterone - it's not a 'female' hormone only. but of course it is produced in higher levels in women, cyclically. men sometimes are prescribed progesterone as well. Furthermore, the headlines you are speaking of linking hormones to cancer are probably talking about pharmaceutical synthetics, not bio- identical hormone supplements prescribed responsibly! so many people are suffering needlessly from being prescribed synthetic drugs, and not given natural supplement to help support the immune and endocrine system etc..... > > > > Dear Christa, > > > > I was menopausal and had prescribed to me Progesterone. I kept asking many medical > professionals " Does this female hormone affect Candida?
