Dear Bee,

If you can advise me here, I'd appreciate it.

I wrote before about a biscuit cheat I did about a month ago, and

how my tolerance of coconut oil dropped from 5 spoons to 1. I got

back up to 3, but just recently I'm getting really sick at night.

This is without a late meal. Usually, I would eat coconut oil off a

spoon, and shortly afterwards feel the die-off effect to some

degree. If it was strong, it would be a case of brainfog and jelly

legs, and I'd awake in the morning feeling tired still. But a few

days ago, I took coconut oil a couple of hours before bed, and the

effects were pretty mild. I also took 300mg niacin that evening,

because any less wasn't giving me a flush, but this was just my

third day of naicin. I went to bed about 1.30. Then at 3am I awoke

with terrible sickness in my stomach and went to be sick. Since

then, my stomach has felt so weak. I can't tolerate butter, so

daren't go mear the coconut oil. I can eat pretty much according to

how I have been eating, but I haven't been able to face even the

other supplements.

What's going on? It doesn't feel like a bug. I can hardly handle

pau d'arco or rooibos, it just leaves me feeling nauseous. One meal

a day is all I can handle now, and recently I ate two or three no

problem.

I had terrible morning sickness during two pregnancies, real all day

bedridden stuff for almost the entire pregnancy. I wondered if this

is some sort of retracing, as nausea seems to be one of my die off

symptoms?

What I also wondered is if this is usual, to get so far and then to

go so far back? And if this is a part of the healing process?

My mother had stomach cancer, poor thing, and I've got one of those

pregnant looking bellies that candidiasis can generate.

I'd be grateful if anyone has a similar experience to relate, that

might help me make sense of what's happening.

Best wishes all,

Nicola
