Helen Hi Helen, Candida can cause depression and brain fog so it could cause rage as well. Maybe not directly but due to hormonal imbalance for example. a

Helen **Absolutely Helen! I am typically the most placid person, well at least i was 2 years ago before i developed candida, over the next 18 months i found myself becoming more and more depressed and snapping at people as well. THEN! i went on the anti-candida diet and i turned into a lunatic! i found myself hating everyone and everything for a few months. Finally i started having days where i felt like my old self on cloud nine! however i still get the occasional day, or more correctly the occasional hour, where i am very grumpy indeed. it passes i promise! Guest guest
Welcome to my life for the past year!!! But mine aren't from die off, they are from candida... as I have not implemented the diets/supplements yet. Guest guest
Wow, thanks, your words are a comfort! I had never heard of retracing symptoms until this site and this food plan; I had a painful childhood, maybe the rage is part of retracing...are die off and retracing interchangeable terms? Is it one process? Guest guest
Hi Helen, Retracing and die off are two different things. Rather than go over it in a length here, I thought it might be easier that I just point you to the file that talks about it, and you can read it at your leisure. Check out the file called " Healing Naturally & Die-Off Symptoms. " There are a lot of great files in there that cover die off and retracing, what it is, what to expect, and how to deal with it. Hope this helps, Jecca > > Wow, thanks, your words are a comfort! Guest guest
It is possible ... I never experienced rage but I had a lot of other rather unpleasant emotions.
